Motor Harness Measurements
To Identify which motor you have, measure from the cable tie to the end of the harness.
Do Not Hammer Gear onto Motor's Shaft. It will damage the motor and void warranty.
Tether Cables are Critical
The tether cables on these motors are critical. These cables keep the abrupt hits from damaging the wiring harness and motor housings. If the harness takes a bad enough hit it can take out the motor controller.
Always reinstall the tether when replacing the motor and replace it if missing or damaged.
If you don't have the time to do it right, you definitely don't have time to do it twice.
